What is the delivery time ?
We offer fast delivery so you can enjoy your new glasses as soon as possible. Shipping in 24-48 hours in Spain, and between 1 and 5 days for the rest of Europe.
How to track your order?
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email from Charly Therapy with the tracking number. You will also receive an email (depending where you live) Correos Express (Spain and Portugal) or UPS (rest of Europe) every time the status of your shipment changes. If you don't see these emails, check your spam box.
How to recover your order if you are not at your address at the time of delivery?
If the transporter can’t find you at your address he will drop the package off at the closest collection point. In this case you will receive an email with the address of the collection point. You will have 14 days to collect it with your ID and your tracking number.
What happen if you don't pick up your order at the access point within 14 days, and transporter send back the package to the sender
If you do not pick up the package within the 14 days period, the transport company will automatically return the package to our offices.
If the company returns the package to us, we offer you two options:
1. Resend the package, but you will have to pay the costs of this second shipment.
2. Reimburse you for the value of the glasses * , not the shipping value, which is not refundable. (* note: if you had benefited from free shipping, we will deduct from the refund of the glasses the shipping costs of the package that you have not collected)
How to return a product purchased on the web site?
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Refund will be made within 15 days of receipt.
What is the return procedure?
Any return of an order placed on our website must first be announced by email to our customer service: email@example.com, you have to tell us the order number and which references you are returning. Without this email, the return will not be considered.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. product shouldn’t have been worn, washed or damaged. In case of loss, your return cannot be taken into account. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (with the exception of errors by Charly Therapy, in which case you must make a request to customer service). As soon as your return is received, we will check the condition of the items and refund the returned items to you. Return and shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error comes from Charly Therapy.
How do I get a refund if I return part or all of my order?
When you return your items, the amount corresponding to the items will be refunded in the payment method used when placing your order, less shipping costs. If your order was paid by credit card, the amount of the returned products will be credited to this same card.
What is the repayment term?
The refund is activated within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the return.
I bought my item on the website and want to return it to the store, is it possible?
It is impossible to return a Charly Therapy product purchased from our online store to the store. In fact, it is a different stock and accounting.
